Hollywood film stars and social media influencers are known for their large follower numbers and the money they make from sponsored posts. Broadway performers don’t fall behind when it comes to how much money they can make with their Instagram accounts.

Those on the stages of Broadway productions get their recognition every night with applause and standing ovations. They can also pick up a prestigious Tony Award for their performances. But which stars turn their clout they get on stage to money on social media?

SeatPlan digs through the numbers to reveal how much money Broadway stars can earn with a single post. You might never guess which performers with millions of followers make the most.

The numbers, compiled by SeatPlan, come from a list of performers from the original cast recordings of Broadway musicals. The list of performers was analyzed by an influencer tool to see how much each of them charges for a sponsored post on their Instagram.

If you have as few as 500 followers on Instagram, you could make between $10-$100 per post. The stars on this list have a following of at least 1 million followers so their price per post is higher than you might expect.

The worldwide musical sensation Hamilton set records when it was released. It currently comes in second with the most Tony Awards won by a single production. Its stars, Anthony Ramos and Lin-Manuel Miranda, each make $9,500 and $9,000 per sponsored post on Instagram, respectively.

The original cast went out on top and exited the show in 2016. Yet, Hamilton is still making huge numbers. It comes in as the fourth best-selling show in Broadway history, falling behind The Lion King, Cabaret, and Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street
