Starbucks’ Holiday Menu Returns Nov. 5 With 3 New Drinks
If Starbucks’ Eggnog Latte was your favorite holiday order last year, don’t count on seeing it right away.
Starbucks’ announcement doesn’t say whether it’s going to come back. Other favorites are returning, though, and new drinks are joining them.
Here’s what will be on Starbucks’ holiday menu this year, including the new drinks.
Tiramisu Velvet Latte
Starbucks will open its holiday menu with the debut of the Tiramisu Velvet Latte, which you can order hot or iced.
The classic Italian dessert tiramisu inspires the drink.
Your cup comes topped with a velvet mascarpone cold foam and a cocoa and coffee dusting.
Tiramisu Velvet Cold Brew
Starbucks is adding the Tiramisu Velvet Cold Brew to the holiday menu alongside the latte.
Both Tiramisu Velvet drinks carry the same velvet mascarpone cold foam, so you choose between a latte and a cold brew.
Apple Pomegranate Refresher
Starbucks is adding the Apple Pomegranate Refresher to its new holiday drinks.
You get crisp apple flavors and popping pomegranate-flavored pearls in the Refresher.
Starbucks lists a Snowy Apple version, made with coconut milk, for a creamier option.
Refreshers joined the holiday menu in 2024, when Starbucks added a trio of them for the first time.
New Food
Starbucks will put the new Bearista Cake Pop on its menu starting Nov. 5.
It’s a limited-time item.
The Bearista Glass Cold Cup inspires its design.
If you want something warm, Starbucks lists two sandwiches, the Braised Short Rib Grilled Cheese and the Turkey & Stuffing Sandwich.
The Turkey & Stuffing Sandwich has a new recipe.

Returning Favorites
Starbucks is bringing back the Peppermint Mocha, Caramel Brulée Latte, Sugar Cookie Latte and Gingerbread Chai to the holiday menu.
The Cranberry Bliss Bar, Snowman Cookie and Sugar Plum Cheese Danish return too.
Starbucks describes the Cranberry Bliss Bar as a sweet, tart and creamy combination of cranberries, cream cheese frosting and white chocolate.
The Snowman Cookie went viral in 2024 when social media users began using it as a holiday photo prop.
If the Peppermint Mocha is your holiday tradition, the announcement lists it among the returning drinks.
Last year, the Eggnog Latte and Chestnut Praline Latte returned to U.S. coffeehouses starting Dec. 2, while supplies lasted.
This year's Oct. 5 announcement doesn't mention the Eggnog Latte or the Chestnut Praline Latte.
Past Launch Dates
Starbucks has launched its holiday menu one day earlier two years in a row.
The 2024 menu started Nov. 7, and the 2025 menu started Nov. 6.
Nov. 5 is a Thursday, as the 2024 and 2025 launch days were.
Each of those launches came with a new cake pop, the Snowman in 2024, the Polar Bear in 2025 and the Bearista this year.
Last year's Polar Bear Cake Pop was vanilla cake whipped with buttercream, decorated as a polar bear in a festive holiday hat.
That gets you holiday drinks two days sooner than you had them in 2024.
Merch Collections
Starbucks will launch its Holiday Bearista, Holiday Village and Peppermint Mocha merch collections on Nov. 5.
The Holiday Bearista collection gives you Bearista-adorned drinkware, a plush keychain and coordinated accessories.
The original Pike Place store in Seattle inspires the Holiday Village collection, which has mugs, ornaments, a snow globe and a ceramic coffeehouse.
Starbucks says that store first opened in April 1971.
The Peppermint Mocha collection has a glass holiday tree cold cup, a handled travel tumbler and a ceramic striped espresso cup.
The Winter Wonderland collection follows on Nov. 17 with a quilted light-blue cold cup, iridescent water bottles and statement tumblers.
The drinkware and gifts arrive in coffeehouses and online at the Starbucks Shop.
Starbucks will announce the timing for the original Bearista Glass Cold Cup later.
Red Cup Day
Starbucks says Red Cup Day returns later this season.
Since 2018, Starbucks has given away a free reusable holiday cup on Red Cup Day with a holiday drink purchase.
Last year, Red Cup Day fell on Thursday, Nov. 13, a week after the Nov. 6 launch.
Buyers of any handcrafted holiday beverage that day received a collectible reusable red cup.
The announcement gives no date for this year's Red Cup Day, only that a reveal is coming.
What Starbucks' Red Cup Day Covers
Red Cup Day customers will receive a collectible, reusable holiday cup with the purchase of any handcrafted holiday beverage.
A footnote in the announcement says the offer is at participating stores while supplies last.
Drink History
Starbucks says Christmas Blend, launched on the day after Thanksgiving in 1984, was its first-ever holiday coffee.
The first Eggnog Latte was served in 1986.
Starbucks calls the Peppermint Mocha, introduced for the 2002 holiday season, the most popular holiday beverage in its history, and says it is served in more than 80 markets.
Grocery Aisle Coffee
Starbucks says holiday coffee has already reached the grocery aisle.
Peppermint Mocha flavored coffee returns in K-Cup pods, and a Starbucks by Nespresso Vertuo version is available for the first time.
The Peppermint Mocha lineup includes a dairy creamer.
Holiday Blend and Hazelnut Cocoa flavored coffee return too, along with a Sugar Cookie Latte non-dairy creamer and a Chestnut Praline Latte-inspired dairy creamer.
The Starbucks Cold Brew Multi-Serve Concentrate in Sweetened Vanilla & Chocolate returns as well, and each bottle yields multiple servings.
Starbucks says you can find these at-home coffees and creamers at grocery retail locations and online nationwide.
Ready-to-drink Peppermint Mocha options, an iced espresso and a bottled Frappuccino drink, begin arriving in October at select grocery, convenience and specialty retailers.
